Need up to 30 seconds to load.
hello there Nate Smith with Keller
Williams Realty we're coming at you live
today from the Seal Beach
Keller Williams shoreline please feel
free to follow the page for future
videos today we are going to be going
over how to download your contacts from
iCloud for those of you using the iPhone
iCloud systems having saved contacts
maybe in the past this is how you can
download them first things first go to
iCloud comm from iCloud comm it will
require you to log in with your Apple ID
it'll be whatever is your unique Apple
ID in this case I haven't even a Yahoo
Apple ID and I will need to make sure
and put the right password in alright
once you have logged in to your Apple ID
account at iCloud comm you'll go ahead
and click on the second icon from the
left at the top there and one that says
contacts once you have selected contacts
all of your contacts will be showing
there down on the bottom left hand
corner you'll see this button with the
gear go ahead and click on that show
Actions menu button you'll go ahead and
hit select all that will select all of
your contacts it will tell you how many
contacts are in there go ahead and hit
that gear show Actions menu button again
hit export vCard that will show you the
export file as a VCF file it'll say the
first contact and however many contacts
you have total downloaded there now this
file you can import directly to Google
contacts however other CRMs will have
issues importing that VCF file so there
is a converter that we will go to labs
dot brother Li dot ch forward slash VCF
convert this website now we'll put the
link for the website in the descriptions
to make it easier for everybody to find
that now in order to convert it there
would be two steps before you can go and
hit the convert the first step of course
is you must find the file for us we've
put this into our downloads so there it
is Jane Doe three others as the vCard
file so we'll go ahead and select that
the next thing you want to do is change
the format
I personally recommend the Gmail CSV
format that format as far as a contact
management format does have the headers
in the most recognizable formats for
most other CRM so that usually works if
not just the scenario generic CSV will
work once you've selected the format to
that you can go ahead and press convert
and you will see that file being
converted into the Excel like format or
the CSV and that is it you have now
exported your icloud contacts and made
that into an editable file that you can
actually convert upload into other CRM
or even kW command as that is
integrating as well with your Google
contacts thank you so much for following
