hey what's going on guys my name is Joey
biagas and I'm a digital media expert
and today I'm going to show you how to
back up your iPhone contacts in iTunes
so let's get to it
now I have iTunes fired up here and what
you want to do is well first off
actually you want to focus on getting
your iPhone connected to your computer
so make sure it's connected via cable
USB cable all right now let's hop back
into iTunes here now your phone is going
to come up in the right-hand corner over
here just click on iPhone ok and you
really want to focus on the backups here
ok now you can automatically backup to
this computer every single time that you
plug in which is uh I think by default
is what happens I usually just do that
just because I'll forget when I back up
my stuff so it's nice to do that but
anyway we also have a manual backup
option over here where once we select or
click on backup now it will start
backing up the entire phone now this is
backing up not just your contacts but
your entire phone as a system it's kind
of like time machine in a way for your
Mac Pro but it saves your entire
operating system your apps everything
that is currently on the iPhone at the
time it's going to save it as is
including your contacts which is a the
most important so we can easily just
click on backup now and then it will
begin backing up my iPhone like so
alright guys so there's not much to it
all you have to do is plug in your
iPhone to the computer and then choose
accordingly to the options that you want
but make sure you actually backup your
phone to the computer alright guys so if
you do have any other questions please
let us know and thank you for watching
you
